SIBI Projects connects property managers and vendors in one centralized platform. From planning and approvals to ordering materials, tracking progress, and verifying completed work, Projects streamlines communication, improves transparency, and simplifies the entire project lifecycle.
My roles: Concept collaboration, design lead, full design execution.

Designed for Collaboration
I designed a unified experience that serves two distinct user types: property managers and vendors. While both interact with the same project, the interface adapts to their unique needs, allowing property managers to review and approve projects while vendors manage and execute the work.

Structuring the Experience
I established a clear information hierarchy that brought materials, labor, project status, and essential details together into one intuitive, easy-to-navigate experience.

Early visual challenge
An early design challenge was determining how to present materials and labor within a project. Initially, we explored treating labor as another line item alongside materials, but quickly realized that each required different information and interactions. Separating them into dedicated sections created a clearer, more flexible experience for managing both.

Guided Project Approvals
To simplify the approval process, I designed a guided experience that highlights each section of a project one at a time. This allows property managers to focus on reviewing and approving individual details, reducing the risk of overlooked information or costly errors.

Evolving with the Project
I designed the materials section to dynamically adapt as a project progresses, from an empty state to product selection, order modifications, delivery tracking, and completion.
Each state surfaces the most relevant information and actions, keeping users informed and focused throughout the project's lifecycle.

Streamlined Project Completion
I designed a simple workflow that allows vendors to mark their work complete by filling out a quick form and uploading photos of the finished project. Once submitted, the property manager is automatically notified to review the work, verify its completion, and ensure everything meets expectations.

Designed for Mobile
The entire Projects experience was also designed for mobile web, ensuring a seamless, responsive experience across devices. Property managers and vendors can easily manage projects, track progress, and take action from anywhere.

A Simple Entry Point for Early Adopters
To introduce SIBI Projects to early adopters, we created a standalone experience for smaller, more flexible property management companies to test the service.
Property managers could quickly start a project by entering a property address and basic job details. This automatically created a SIBI Project and notified our internal team, who would manually match the job with an appropriate vendor.
This lightweight approach allowed us to test the experience with real customers before investing in a fully automated solution.
